Gene Beavers (Bass & Vocals)
Bio…Way back in Seminary school I had lots of time on my hands and taught myself how to play the acoustic guitar.   Although I’m basically “left-handed the only guitars I could borrow at the time were right-handed so that’s how I learned.  It wasn’t until a bit later that I discovered the fact that, for the right price, you could get left-handed instruments; but by that time, it was way too late I was playing righty. Finally in a position to go out and audition for bands I encountered an abundance of guitar players and very few bass players…figured that 4 strings had to be easier to play than 6.  And so, my bass playing career began, first step buy a Fender P-Bass and a big heavy powerful amp; all the bass players had these huge rigs back then and everyone played Fenders.  Since then, I’ve been in working bands and more often than not in multiple bands; a bass player’s work is never done.I’ve been in a couple of bands that have released albums and that really means albums as in vinyl.  Rude Dudes and Vitamin Z was released back in 1990 and got airplay on the local rock stations in Philly as did the Plyers release in 1991.  But I kept my day job as the starving musician thing was not very appealing.  I continued as a weekend warrior bassist until recently when I finally was in a position to do the full-time music thing. My influences over the years are many and varied ranging from Phil Lynot of Thin Lizzy, Sir Paul McCartney, Chris Squire of Yes, Chuck Rainey of Steeley Dan fame and all the Motown greats to name a few.  The arsenal currently includes Precisions, Jazzes, Stingrays and a Steinberger; these days running through a Mesa Engineering Subway D-800 with Mesa cabs or Ampeg, Hartke and Orange combos.
Jeff Boaz (Drums)
Bio…A native Kansas City boy growing up in burlesque bars and grange halls, lodges and clubs.  With Dixie swing and country roots and after several years in Austin, Texas playing nationally recognized clubs & rooms such as CBGB in New York City or Antones, Continental Club, The Whisky in Hollywood just to mention a few.  Meeting and working with Ron Wood, Joe Ely, Albert Lee, Sexton Brothers, Jann Browne and many more over the years.Fast forward to 2024 now a permanent member of The Profile working with Brad Mercer.
Chris “Guido” Carletto (Keyboards & Vocals)
Bio… Chris started piano at age 4 in Brooklyn, NY, cast in musicals in theaters as a teen, graduated at Grove school of Music, and toured the U.S. opening for the Byrds, The Tubes, Canned Heat, Gamma, Hot Tuna, Strawberry Alarm Clock, Blues Traveler, The Meters, The Radiators, and others before moving back to his alma mater, the Coachella valley, California
James Perito (Hollywood Jimi) (Guitar )
Bio… Started playing guitar in the late 60’s.  Formed bands that played mostly up and down New York from Buffalo to NYC.  Moved to San Francisco, CA in 1977.  Began playing Open Mic Nights and in various bands.  Wrote the music for the show, “Just Another One Night Stand” which played on Broadway at the Mabuhay Gardens.  Formed, “the Sheets” an all original band that played many clubs in the Bay area including the old Waldorf.  Moved to the Coachella Valley in 2018 where I once again started playing Open Mic Nights and have met and played music with some very talented musicians.  Now a full-time member of “The Profile Band” with Brad Mercer.
